Meet Louis
I bought my first house in Bedford in 2009, an unrefurbished wreck I tried to let myself. I learned the hard way, not on a course. Seventeen years on, I still walk the sites and meet investors in person. Over that time, I've worked with hundreds of investors.
I also offer monthly mentoring for investors who want guidance from someone who has been doing this since 2009.
Today the team has 50+ staff and 900+ projects behind it.

Before you buy
Wales has some of its own rules for buying and letting a home. Here is what to plan for, and how our property investment South Wales service fits in. This is general information, not financial or legal advice.
Buying in Wales means Land Transaction Tax, not Stamp Duty. Higher rates apply when you buy an additional home, such as a buy-to-let.
Landlords of rented homes in Wales must register with Rent Smart Wales, and either be licensed themselves or use a licensed agent.
A rented home needs a valid EPC that meets the legal minimum rating before it can be let.
Older Valleys terraces often need work before letting, such as damp treatment, roof repairs, leak and plumbing repairs, new flooring and decoration.
