When you send an enquiry through a form on this website we collect: your contact details (name, email address and phone number), your organisation and role if you give them, the answers you choose in the form, your message, and a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to and when).

To prevent spam and abuse we also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address (never the IP address itself) and basic browser information (the browser's user-agent text).

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep your name, contact details and what you tell us, such as the property and the work or enquiry concerned, so that we can deal with your enquiry.

We use enquiry data to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interests in replying to people who contact us.

We use the hashed IP address and browser information only to prevent spam and abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure.

Our website and enquiry database are hosted by our website provider, Lovable, on Supabase infrastructure. The enquiry database is located in the United States (Amazon Web Services, US East region). It can only be accessed by our website's server, not by the public.

Enquiries are stored securely. Once email notifications are switched on, they may also be emailed to our team.

We share personal data only where needed: with engineers, contractors or letting agents where needed to carry out work you ask for, and with our service providers (such as hosting and email) acting on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

We keep enquiries submitted through this website for 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.

This website sets one strictly necessary cookie, which remembers your cookie choice. We do not use advertising cookies.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics only runs after you accept, and our lawful basis for it is your consent.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, who act as our processor. We switch on IP anonymisation, turn off Google signals and ad personalisation, and do not share analytics data for advertising.

Google may process this data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie settings, here or in the footer. When you do, Google Analytics stops and we delete its cookies from your browser.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK, including our enquiry database, which is located in the United States. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to object to how we use it. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
