Mentoring costs £599 a month. It's open to investors across the UK too, so you don't need to live in Wales.
Meet us in person
You can come on a free tour day from our office (Lattuca Invest, Unit 4, Cwm Small Business Park, Cwm, NP23 7TB) and visit live project sites with us. It's a chance to see how refurbishments are priced and run, and to ask questions face to face.

Louis has been buying property since 2009. Lattuca Invest has completed 900+ projects, has a team of 50+ staff and works across Blaenau Gwent, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and nearby areas.
As a mentee you can bring local questions to Louis and his partners: which areas to look at, what a refurbishment might involve, how to find builders and where to get insurance. It's guidance based on experience, not a promise about prices or returns.
