Buy, refurbish, refinance (BRR) means buying a property that needs work, refurbishing it and refinancing on its improved value. Lattuca Invest sources BRR properties in South Wales and carries out the refurbishment, from our base in Cwm.
Our previous projects are mostly two- to four-bedroom terraced houses in the South Wales Valleys. Several were reconfigured from two bedrooms to three as part of the works, including houses on Rhiw Parc Road and Gaen Street in Abertillery, High Street in Blaina, Deri Terrace in Ferndale and Russell Street in Merthyr Tydfil.

We find a property that fits your strategy. You decide whether to proceed and buy it.

Refurbish
The works are scoped and priced before you commit. Our team then carries them out.

Refinance
Once the works are complete you can apply to refinance on a new valuation, arranged with your own lender or broker. The valuation is set by the lender's surveyor, not by us.

Let
The property is ready to let, and we can maintain it afterwards.
