A full house refurbishment takes a property that needs everything doing and returns it ready to let, refinance or sell. We assess the house, agree the scope and price with you before work starts, and manage the work through to completion.
On several of our previous projects the works included reworking a two-bedroom layout into three bedrooms – for example on Rhiw Parc Road and Penybont Road in Abertillery, High Street in Blaina, Glandwr Terrace in Aberbeeg, Deri Terrace in Ferndale and Russell Street in Merthyr Tydfil. On Penybont Road we also created a separate one-bedroom flat alongside a three-bedroom house.
