Louis Lattuca
I'm Louis Lattuca, founder of Lattuca Invest, a specialist property sourcing agency focused exclusively on South Wales.
I started buying property in 2009, just after the financial crash. I bought my first house in Bedford – an unrefurbished wreck I tried to rent out myself. I had no real plan, no team and no understanding of what made a good deal. That painful experience sparked a fire, and I was determined to learn what makes a property truly work as an investment.
After years of working in London and the South East, I saw how high prices were making a real return harder to achieve. That's when I turned my focus to South Wales, with its affordable entry prices and demand from councils and housing providers. I built a trusted local network – letting agents, builders, council contacts and social housing providers – who are still active partners today.
I have never relied on a property course; everything I know comes from 17 years of buying, refurbishing and managing property myself.
I quickly learned that investors needed more than just deals. They needed trust, transparency and support through every stage. That's what Lattuca Invest became.
I only work on deals I'd do myself. Every property is checked for compliance and local demand before we put it forward, and we don't cut corners.

Once we've sourced a property, Daniel takes it from there. He looks after our refurbishment sites and runs the ground operation, managing the teams and making sure the work is done properly. His background is in electrical work, refrigeration and air conditioning, with experience in automotive mechanics, logistics and customer service. Outside work he volunteers at Greyhound Rescue Wales and builds custom motorcycles.

Sources and buys property, drawing on a strong background in construction.

Kenny has a long-standing interest in property and investing, and completed a number of property training courses before moving into deal sourcing and buying property himself. His own start wasn't straightforward, so he knows how daunting the early stages can feel for new investors. A strong background in construction helps him on the practical side, and his aim is to make property his full-time business while helping others reach their goals and building a network everyone benefits from.
