Selling a property

Sell Your House in South Wales

We buy houses directly from homeowners across South Wales. We are not estate agents – you deal with us directly. Tell us about the property, and we will look at it and come back to you with an offer or a practical solution.

17 years in property · 900+ projects · around 50 houses bought directly from sellers · 4.8 on Google · Office in Cwm

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us about the property

Fill in the short form or email us with the address and a few details.

  2. 2

    We look at it

We usually arrange a visit, or a video call, to see the house.

  3. 3

We talk you through the options

If a direct sale suits, we or one of our investors make an offer. We tell you who the buyer is first.

  4. 4

    You decide

There is no obligation. If you go ahead, your own solicitor handles the legal side.

Either we buy the house ourselves, or one of our investors buys it directly. We tell you who the buyer is before you agree to anything.
