We understand the increasing housing crisis is leaving families without homes and councils with huge strain financially. We aim to bridge the gap to make sure families have suitable temporary accommodation and not hotels or bed sits. Additionally, we aim to work closely with the councils, providing a service at nightly rates to benefit both parties.
Our Services
Emergency Accommodation
Government Compliant: All our properties meet government compliance standards, ensuring all criteria are met, including health and safety regulations. Our homes feature hard-wired smoke alarm systems, EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) to the required standard, EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports), GSCs (Gas Safety Certificates), and Rent Smart Wales registration.
Quick Availability: We provide prompt housing solutions to those in urgent need. Once a deal is agreed with a council, we aim for a quick turnaround in providing the necessary property. We have a deep network of landlords who are always ready to work with us.
Temporary Accommodation
Comfortable Living Spaces: Our homes are designed to offer a comfortable stay and can be provided either furnished or unfurnished to meet individual needs.
Flexible Housing Options: We provide any variation of homes that the council requires, ranging from studio and 1-bed self-contained flats, HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), and high-quality 2, 3, and 4-bed houses.
Cost-Effective Nightly Rates: We work on nightly rate accommodation with rates changing depending on the homes provided. We aim to reduce the standard rates a council may be paying while providing better housing solutions than they may be currently using. Rates vary depending on the type of accommodation we are providing and change from council to council. This is a point open for discussion and made bespoke so all parties can benefit. In some cases, we have councils paying up to £40k a year to house families in 2 x unsuitable bedsits; we then provide a 3 or 4-bed home for almost half the price!
Booking System and 12-Month Usage Agreement: We operate on a booking system and require a 12-month usage agreement with councils. For example, we provide a home, and the council uses this home for temporary accommodation booking for 12 months guaranteed. However, we are only paid while the home is in use. If a family stays for 60 days and then moves on to suitable social housing, we enter the property, spend 3 days putting it back to standard, and on day 4, a new family moves in. We are not paid for the 3/4 days the property was empty, but we ensure quick turnarounds so the council can house the next family asap.

Too often we see temporary accommodation provided that is not up to standard and maintenance falls into a state of disrepair. We provide a combination of properties from the private rented sector and our own accommodation. We work closely with landlords to ensure all parties are clear on usage and correct agreements are in place to ensure compliance throughout. With thousands of landlords leaving the private sector yearly, we aim to help landlords put their properties to good use, for a great cause.
