Being new to property investment, i very much needed some hand holding and guidance. Louis did this with me from the start of my journey with him. I was reassured by the fact that he wouldn't work with me until i'd met him and his team to see what they do. Having spent a day with him in Wales I was confident that I was in safe hands. House sourced and refurbed and now re-financed it's ready to Let and i'm ready for property number two! Thanks Louis 😁

With my hand on my heart I can honestly say that without Louis and his service I would have never achieved such fast, reliable, stress free results - becoming a landlord, making my money working for me, creating passive income, clever decisions on investment, building work, refurbishments and so on. Having a super busy life, with a full time job, family commitments and much more, he enabled me to follow my ambition with ease. I fully trust him, his team and often use his advice. Louis managed to plug me in with no prior experience or knowledge. He and his connections, contacts, right people, here and there were my huge blessing. It has been more than a year of a huge success, hence the deep gratitude. I look forward to the continuation of my successful journey with him.

This was my first property let with Louis, and the experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout – any issues were dealt with straight away, and was kept regularly updated at every stage. The property was let after the very first viewing and even achieved above the asking price, which is a real testament to Louis and the team's hard work.

By far the most stress free and valuable service available today. I would not hesitate to recommend this to family and friends, in fact I have passed on the details to many people already, all of whom are having the same great service and results that I have had.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The quality of work is exceptional and the team clearly take real pride in what they do, with a brilliant eye for detail. Everything was completed to a very high standard and they were extremely respectful of the home, leaving no dust or mess behind. Communication throughout was friendly, clear and professional which made the whole experience stress-free. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy maintenance team, or feel anxious about letting people into your home, I couldn't recommend them more highly. 1000/10 service.

I've had work done by Louis and the team. Full flat refurbishment, done to an excellent standard and finished before scheduled. Very easy to deal with and the team can be reached quickly if there are questions or changes of plan required. They provide a quality ongoing property management service as well which makes life a lot easier for the remote landlord. Thoroughly recommended👍🏾

  Committed, personable and genuine!

I was introduced to Louis through a mutual friend. He is spot on, I would say start to finish but there is no finish as such as the relationship is ongoing! I like that I am able to get hold of him easily and if he isn't available immediately he will always come back to you. As such you don't end up finding yourself chasing! This point really needs to be emphasised too as he does a great job coordinating different trades in the most efficient way. He is a man of his word which in this day and age is virtually unheard of. People are quick to promise the world and then once the deal agreed drift off into obscurity - NOT LOUIS. He does not operate this way. I also adopt the same principles which is why I think we work so well together. No complaints from me and I'd happily recommend him!! Great guy, great team!

  Working around obstructions

Today I had a washing machine installed which should have been standard however the correct hole in a cabinet to enable a water source was not completed by previous construction, however the team overcame this and sorted the problem and still were able to complete the installation the same day in good timing.
