South Wales Property Investor Louis Lattuca Wins National Award

Louis Lattuca has won the Social Value Award at the National Property Awards 2026 with his company Social Ready Ltd. It's a personal win for Louis, and it makes him an award-winning South Wales property investor, property sourcer and property entrepreneur.

Who is Louis Lattuca?

Louis grew up on a council estate in a single-parent family.

He's also a Commonwealth Games silver medallist in boxing.

He has been in property for 17 years and buying since 2009. He was never course-trained. Everything he knows came from buying houses, refurbishing them, making mistakes and learning from them on real projects.

What Louis does now through Lattuca Invest

Today Louis runs Lattuca Invest, which offers property sourcing in South Wales for buy-to-let and buy, refurbish, refinance investors. There's no upfront sourcing fee. The team finds the house, carries out the refurbishment and can look after it afterwards.

Over the years that has added up to 900+ projects, a team of 50+ staff and hundreds of investors helped, with £100m+ of projects turned around. Lattuca Invest is rated 4.8 on Google.
